MTW Manufacturing Built to Power What You Build
At MTW Manufacturing, excellence isn’t an aspiration — it’s our foundation. What began in 1999 as a small, family‑run machine shop in Merrill, Wisconsin has evolved into a 55,000‑square‑foot manufacturing facility serving industries nationwide. Over nearly three decades, we’ve grown by keeping one promise: to build better, smarter, and stronger metal parts, components, and assemblies — right here in the USA.
Our core business is manufacturing for other people’s products. OEMs and manufacturers trust us to cut, machine, form, weld, finish, and assemble the metal pieces their equipment depends on. And we don’t just talk about capability — we prove it every day by building and supporting our own in‑house product line.
In 2012, that same commitment to quality led us to create MTW Attachments, a division devoted to skid steer and tractor attachments engineered for power, precision, and endurance. From our signature Power Box Rakes to a continually expanding lineup, MTW Attachments exists as a real‑world test of our manufacturing discipline: complete products we design, build, and stand behind using the same processes we offer our manufacturing customers.
Every stage of production — from manufacturability review and laser cutting to forming, welding, tumbling/shot blast, painting, and final assembly — happens under one roof in Merrill. For our contract manufacturing partners, that full in‑house control means consistent quality, tighter coordination, and fewer handoffs. It lets us respond quickly to changes, protect your lead times, and keep a close eye on every part and assembly that carries your name.
Our work is American‑made and competitively priced, proving that high standards and value can go hand‑in‑hand. Whether we’re building components to your print or complete weldments and assemblies, you get the same mindset we bring to our own products: parts that last, backed by a team that’s easy to reach, responsive, and genuinely invested in your success. When we put a one‑year warranty on MTW Attachments, it’s rooted in the same confidence we bring to the production parts we ship to our OEM partners.
Looking ahead, MTW is focused on smart, scalable manufacturing. We’re investing in automation, process efficiency, and data‑driven improvements to expand capacity, improve consistency, and lower total cost over the life of a program. The goal is simple: long‑term partnerships built on reliable supply, clear communication, and shared success.
At MTW Manufacturing, we’re proud to represent the best of American metalworking: real people, running real machines, building the parts, components, and assemblies that help you — and your customers — Master the Work.
